Open house will be held Saturday, January 28, 2012 from 9AM to 12AM at 4658 Hwy 92 Brooklyn, WI. No Boxes will be opened. Great Surprises.

Notice: sales of firearms must meet Federal Firearms regulations.

Winning bidders will be notified by E-mail after the Sale is complete on Feb. 5, 2012 after 6:00 PM. Credit cards will be processed or a call to arrange for other payment methods. A final invoice will be sent that will be the authorization to pick up purchases on Monday February 6, 2012 from 9Am to 4pm or notify auction company of other times and dates by calling 608-455-8784 or by calling 608-455-8784 or call 608-516-5401. Any merchandize not removed or settled within 30 days, will be reverted back to JC Property’s.

TERMS: 15 % Buyers fee will be added to all purchases. Credit cards are required to register with Proxy Bid. 5.5% Sales Tax applies to Wisc. Residents’ only.
