Then they would place the property on the MLS Multiple Listing Service, do a lot of leg work such as Newspaper ads, open houses, and brochures. Then they would co-broke with a buyers agent where they would split the commission 50/50 between the listing and buyers broker.

We review your property with you and then you can decide what program; Bronze, Silver or Gold will meet your needs. We then review the listing contract and other data and order the tools and materials so that you can immediately begin marketing your real estate. Unlike many of our competitors, we coach, consult and assist you in your needs. You can be as active or non-active as you want, in marketing your real estate. If an agent sees your property on the MLS and brings in a buyer, and you accept an offer, you will pay the buyer’s Broker a commission at closing, usually 3% of the sale price has been the standard in our industry.
